Addiction runs rampant in our world today. It has touched everyone’s lives, either by personally struggling with an addiction or knowing a family member or friend that struggles.
When we have addictions it not only changes the chemical compounds in our bodies, but it also changes the energy in our bodies as well. Alcoholism has a frequency, smoking has a frequency, porn addiction has a frequency. When you develop an addiction these addictive frequencies are imprinted in our bodies. These frequencies can cause imbalances, negative core beliefs, and change our thought patterns. It is even possible to pass these addiction frequencies onto our children leading to generational issues with addiction.
Addictions can also be cause by trauma and abuse in our lives. Addictions can be unhealthy coping mechanisms in an attempt to self sooth or numb painful emotions.
Another way trauma or abuse can lead to addiction is when a heart- wall is created to protect your heart from breaking. The heart is designed to feel joy, love, and other positive emotions. If the heart is not able to feel these positive emotions, it can become desperate for something pleasurable. When the heart gets a hint of pleasure from something it creates a vibrational frequency to continue to get more of that pleasurable substance/activity. This will cause you to attract substitutes for joy and love. The substitutes often end up being inappropriate, extreme, or harmful.
This has the potential to create addiction to many things, not limited to:
• Negative emotions
• Sugar
• Food
• Drugs
• Alcohol
• Pornography
• Work
• Exercise
Energy healing has changed so many lives.
When we approach breaking an addiction the traditional way, it can feel impossible to try to rewire your brain and change your thinking and behavior. This is because western medicine looks at and treats the symptoms, but completely overlook the energetic side of the equation. Energy healing goes beyond treating addiction at the level of the symptoms and digs down, addressing the root cause of the issue.
With the body code we can uncover the why behind the addiction. Dig up the roots of the addiction no matter how deep they go. And in a gentle, non-invasive way make the changes necessary to overcome addiction.
People struggling with an addiction to food. Unable to control their cravings, binge eating, or stress eating. They tried and failed time and time again to gain control. When they addressed the root issue of why they had so many cravings, or what emotions where causing them to repeatedly need food for comfort they were finally able to make progress towards their goals. Some people found that their cravings were greatly reduced if not completely gone. They no longer left the need to stress eat once the negative emotional energy was removed. They found they had more energy and no longer felt controlled by food in their lives.
People struggling with alcoholism when they began addressing the issue energetically, they no longer had to numb out just to make it through the day. They were able to handle stress better and touched the bottle less and less. It became something they could enjoy with friends on the weekend instead of daily support. Their moods stabilized and they found they had more energy.
People struggling with nicotine addiction, smoking a full pack every day, found that when they finally addressed the root cause the amount they smoked significantly dropped. Some found that they no longer even had a taste for it and completely stopped. They were no longer dependent on the nicotine to feel calm and make it through the day.
People struggling to break their addiction to pot found that approaching it through energy healing was the breakthrough they were waiting for. Their cravings dropped significantly, clarity in thinking and balanced out their mood swings.
There are many different things that lead to addiction. Each person has their own story. Their own unique path in life. But know that you are not alone. And there is most definitely hope to leave addiction in the past and live your best life.
