What to expect in a Session

Hey! Thanks for stopping by to check out this month’s blog post. I get a lot of questions on how muscle testing works and what to expect from a session. So, I would like to explain some of that for you here. First off, to understand how muscles testing works, you need to know that everything is made of energy. There is energy that is visible (like our physical bodies), and some energies that are invisible to us (our energetic bodies).

Our energetic bodies are like blueprints for our physical bodies. And this energetic body has its own unique energy signature. Its similar to our fingerprints. I was watching a crime show the other day, and in the show, the detective was able to identify the thief that stole a carriage by fingerprints that he found at the crime scene. Its so amazing that no two fingerprints are the same. In the same way your energetic body is unique to you. That is how I am able to connect for a long-distance session. When I have your name, age, birthdate and a recent photo, I can connect to your unique energy no matter where you are in the world. Before each session, I take a moment to stop and ask God to give me wisdom and guidance in the session and then I get to work. Through muscle testing I ask the subconscious mind yes or no questions to find imbalances in the body. Your subconscious mind is like a computer. It keeps track of everything that has happened in your life. Your subconscious mind knows what needs help in your body in order for it to heal and move forward. Through the session I am clearing out the junk and balancing things so that your body is able to heal itself the way God created it too. A very common question I hear is, how long does it take to see results? This is a difficult question to answer, because no two people are the same. The journey of healing is different for everyone. I have known some people to see little changes after their first few session, but more commonly it takes longer for people to notice changes. It all depends on how severe your health issues are and how long you have been struggling with it. It’s a gentle healing from the inside out. In this day and age, we expect to see instant fixes, the problem with that is, a lot of times these instant fixes are only masking our symptoms not healing the root cause. With muscle testing we get right down to the root and clean house. We heal the root causes and naturally the symptoms clear up when there is no longer any need for the body to sound the alarm for the problems deep inside. So honestly it takes time. Think of how long it took for you to get to the point you are today. It will take time to reverse the damage and heal your body. The more committed you are to healing and making the needed changes to your lifestyle the faster you will see you results you are looking for. After a session, 20% of the time, clients may feel some detox symptoms for a few hours. This can include, headache, tiredness, thirsty and feel a bit drained. This means that your body is detoxing and beginning to heal. If you don’t notice any of those symptoms, don’t worry. Your body is still healing, not everyone feels these affects afterwards. For myself personally, when I first started doing sessions 2 years ago. I often got a slight headache after each session, but the more sessions I did the less I noticed these symptoms and now when I do sessions on myself, I don’t feel any detox symptoms afterwards. I suggest after a session, taking it easy for the rest of the day. Rest and be sure to drink lots and lots of water. Drinking water will help your body flush out any toxins and heal faster. Even once the session is done, that does not mean that the healing is done. The healing affects of the session can last up to 3 days after a session. Other symptoms you may experience after a session. You may feel lighter, happier, more positive or experience no pain. I hope you have found this post helpful and informative. But like anything the best way to learn more about something is to experience it for yourself. Until next time Anna
